The child is promoted to the higher class on the basis of regular and satisfactory work during the year.
The Principal is the final judge of the child's fitness for the next higher class. Children absent for any examination for any reason are not re- examined.
They will be shown as absent in those subjects. Children absent or failed in any subject will not be given rank in that examination.
Medical certificate is the only authentic certificate which serves as the reason for those absent.
No average marks will be granted on producing a medical certificate. Aminimum of 75% of attendance is a must.
